As always, some of the best student work we saw this past weekend at AIGA SB’s Portfolio Day came from Cal Poly SLO. Cal Poly’s own annual portfolio review is taking place Saturday, May 10th.

They will once again have two sessions, one in the morning from 9-noon and an afternoon session from 1:30-4:30. We will have an alumni meeting/lunch from 12-1. The portfolio review is a very important event for our seniors (and juniors) — a chance to interact with professionals, gain experience with a formal interview, and receive feedback on their work.

Cal Poly’s Art & Design department needs reviewers for this event, and AIGA SB members’ participation in this event would be most valuable and greatly appreciated. If you have not already signed up, please consider coming and participating.
